He is a tax advisor (no. 12526) and the Chairman of the Programme Council of the Family Business Institute. Author of numerous scientific publications on corporate finance. He gained experience in banking, consulting companies and private equity funds. He is a member of supervisory boards in capital companies. Member of the Management Board of CMT Advisory. For many years associated with Eteron Capital Group, where he served as President and Board Member.
Manager and participant of projects of the State Committee for Scientific Research in the area of, among others, financial innovations and corporate finance strategies. Manager of the Ministry of Science and Information Technology project "Financial innovations in creating enterprise value". Participant of the Ministry of Science and Information Technology project "Permanent capital formation strategy as a tool for growth of enterprise value". Katarzyna Schmidt

Doctor of Finance at the Poznań University of Economics and Business. Since 2020, associated academically and professionally with the Department of Money and Banking. She specializes in monetary policy, central banking, the phenomenon of low interest rates and corporate capital structure. From 2015 to 2018 she gained professional experience in the area of audit and transfer pricing working in consulting firms. In 2019, she attended a course at the London School of Economics and Political Science gaining knowledge in "Fixed Income Securities Debt Markets and the Macro Economy". Winner of competitions organized by the KDPW (for the best paper), and the NBP (for the best master's thesis). Author of numerous publications. Head of the grant realized within the research project of the Regional Initiative for Excellence of the Minister of Science and Higher Education of Poland on the new face of banking.


 

Marcin Złoty

Doctor of Economic Sciences. Assistant professor at the Department of Finance and International Investment, Faculty of Economics and Sociology at the University of Lodz. The author of articles and publications on the commodity market, financialization, innovation and economic development. Scientific interests are related to the transformations of the commodity market and the international economy.


 

Stanisław Ślusarczyk

Associate professor at the Department of Management, Faculty of Administration and Social Sciences. Employed at the University of Information Technology and Management in Rzeszów since 1999. From 01/10/2021 - retired.
He graduated in economics at the Faculty of Economics of UMCS in Lublin in 1974, where he also received a doctorate in economics in 1980 and habilitation in 1990.
Scientific activities focus on: contemporary concepts of management, economics, communication and marketing, and marketing communication. ORCID - 0000-0003-4474-8208 specialty: management and quality.

Rauf Sharpe is presently studying physics, mathematics and chemistry and is aspiring to a scientific career in an astronomy related field. He is a full-time member of Rosliston Astronomy Group based in Derbyshire in the United Kingdom, where he is an active contributor helping to deliver a successful outreach programme to members of the community. He is part of the next generation of young scientists passionate about developing new concepts and ideas in astronomy for the benefit of mankind.
